turkish icecream
hung out with dwayne after reh today.
awesome time haha.
angsiang hill, amoystreet, central followed by checking out the pub stretch at clarke quay.
singapore's nightscene is actually pretty thriving so early into the night.
maybe because it's the river festival or something.
it's amazing right. how the foreigners crowd the rivers taking pictures of colourful boats sailing down sg river with loud music blasting away, firetorch dancers and the works, thinking, wow singapore culture, when 3/4 of us probably didnt even know of such a thing happening along sg river right now...
and i really didnt know what turkish icecream is. until i saw the parents laughing along as that little girl tried to get the icecream from the icecream man ahah. (if you dont know what i mean, you prolly don't know what turkish icecream is...)
then again, the young childish innocence of that girl, just thinking of why that bad icecream man just doesnt wanna give her that icecream.
just worrying about that
not having to give a tad about any exchange that involves more than first hand information.
shielded in their little bubble from hurled insults that aim to pierce, veiled daggers, malicious remarks and unwittingly caustic comments.
i must really try to give up caring about all that political shat that goes on around there, along with impressions and opinions, harmful ones at least.
doohickey. nice word.
i foresee a wonderful week full of Individual practice time. just me and my instrument.
doesnt hurt to dream aint it.
oh, and i am considering going for a grade8 in piano. still considering, though.
till then,
ta-ta
